اكتساب – مشروع اختيار التخصص وبناء المستقبل (التنمية والتعليم): مشروع شبابي تعليمي يهدف إلى مساعدة الطلاب على اختيار تخصصاتهم الجامعية وفهم المسارات المهنية والمهارات المطلوبة لسوق العمل. توليت الإدارة التنفيذية لأربع نسخ من المشروع، وشملت مسؤولياتي التخطيط والتنظيم وقيادة فرق التنفيذ والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية والإشراف على العمليات الميدانية. قُدّم المشروع بمشاركة فرق تراوحت بين 40 و50 عضوا، واستفاد منه أكثر من 500 طالب. - الأنظمة الرقمية لإدارة العمليات المؤسسية (الحلول الرقمية): مجموعة من الحلول الرقمية التي طورتها لتلبية احتياجات تشغيلية وإدارية فعلية، وتشمل نظاما لمتابعة حضور الطلاب والأساتذة، ونظاما لإصدار الشهادات والتحقق منها، ونظاما للإدارة المالية، ونظاما لتسجيل حضور الفعاليات باستخدام الباركود. تهدف هذه الحلول إلى تنظيم البيانات وتسهيل الإجراءات وتحسين كفاءة العمل. الأدوات والتقنيات المستخدمة: Google Workspace Google Apps Script Claude AI -
